Saarthak, Meaningful, is a group of organizations, working on the issues of mental health in the community. Saarthak believes that mental health is a human right and is a bridge to ensure human development.

Saarthak contributes to development by providing: Mental Health Services, Capacity Building for Mental Health and Advocacy for Mental Health.

We started our journey in 1995 as a not for profit organization. We have reached out to diverse group of people and organisations. We have also been providing fee based mental health services from our centres in South Delhi and Apollo Hospital, Delhi, India.

We believe that people come first. We collaborate, inform and remain hopeful about recovery within communities. We believe in and practice evidence based mental health interventions.

We contribute to people’s well being in a manner that they are able to fulfill their potential, live a purposeful and meaningful life and participate in their communities, families and relationships.
